MyMAHIR is an initiative by TalentCorp which is a dedicated platform designed to help evaluate and enhance skills, acquire new competencies, and explore career opportunities.
I am glad to know that TalentCorp has formed a council for the talent development. In addition, congratulations to the Johor State Government for the Johor Talent Development Council initiative. I hope both councils can assist intensify the quadraple helix linkages – Givernment-Industry-Academia-Society in developing programs that are up to date and provide graduates with on demand and future ready AI, digital and Green technology (sutainability) skills.
I am happy to have the opportunity to share my viewpoints along with other UTM scholars from various faculties/schools during the group discussion. Excited to have the opportunity to meet Dr Dalvi who is UTM PhD Information Systems alumnus and Dr Rusyaizila (Zila), UM alumna who also did BSc in Information Technology (my super junior). Both of them are now Assistant Lecturers at the University of Southampton Malaysia.
